A metals manufacturing company located in Washington county is in growth mode and adding a Product Development Engineer to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with great employee retention. Lead product development projects from concept through launch, creating designs that meet customer requirements and manufacturing objectives. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and customers to develop prototypes, solve technical challenges, and support successful product introductions.

Qualifications

BS in Mechanical Engineering (or related) with 3+ years of product development experience, or equivalent experience
Experience with Creo, Solid Works, and AutoCAD
Strong sheet metal design and manufacturing knowledge
Experience with FEA, FMEA, DOE, and DFMA
BOM, routing, and MRP experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel up to 15%
