Tax Manager Opportunity with Clear Path to Partner – Hybrid Flexibility

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals while reviewing a wide range of tax returns (including Corps, Partnerships, Individuals, Trusts, and multi-state filings)
• Manage client relationships, billing, and serve as a trusted strategic advisor
• Handle tax research, projections, and IRS/state correspondence
• Support business development initiatives and firm visibility in the community
• Oversee projects and client portfolios with a focus on quality and efficiency
