Commercial Loan Coordinator

• Provide administrative support to multiple Business Bankers
• Prepare loan files for closings
• Coordinate and manage Fortifi Bank's loan production process
• Assist Business Bankers in scheduling closings
• Run and review reports
• Assist in the process of maturing or delinquent loans
• Compile internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations to protect the Bank and create efficiencies
• Conduct general client correspondence and troubleshooting
