Operations Manager - Lending Services Post Close Review

The Operations Manager will lead a Post-Close Review team within Commercial Loan Operations, overseeing daily staffing, workload distribution, productivity, quality, and service level performance. This role is responsible for coaching and developing team members, conducting regular one-on-one and team meetings, managing operational priorities, and ensuring compliance with established loan documentation and review procedures. The manager will collaborate closely with peer leaders, business partners, and auditors while supporting ongoing projects and process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring prior leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a background in banking operations, commercial loan operations, risk management, or a related field.

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically five or more years of relevant experience

• Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s)
• Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations
• Thorough knowledge of applicable products, programs, financial analysis and related documentation as applicable
• Good organizational, managerial and project management skills
• Well-developed customer relations skills
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent supervisory and management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
