Lead a positive and welcoming patient experience by managing check-in/check-out processes and ensuring the collection of accurate patient data and required documentation.;
Verify patient insurance eligibility and secure necessary service authorizations to ensure seamless and financially-approved access to care.;
Manage daily financial transactions by accurately submitting charges, collecting co-payments, and reconciling reports to support the department's fiscal accuracy.;
Coordinate efficient clinic operations by expertly managing patient scheduling and processing all medical record release requests.
