Rotation: 1:13. On-Call provider takes nightly/weekend/Holiday call. - Practice Detail:Ascension Medical Group-Koeller St Clinic, Oshkosh, WI is looking for a Family Practice Advanced Practice Provider to join our elite team (2 MD/DOs and 4 Nurse Practitioners - fully staffed). Thriving clinic environment. Providers see 12-18 patients per day. Conveniently located off Hwy 41 in Oshkosh.
