Assisted Living Caregiver - PM's 3p.m.- 11:00p.m.
Evergreen is now seeking compassionate and talented people to join the team in its Assisted Living Memory Care unit! You get to work a straight 8-hour shift meals included!
PM shift 3:00p.m.
- 11:00p.m. Every other weekend and holiday required.
- Pick up pay an extra $2/hr.
- Hourly wage is $15.75 base, plus $2 per hour shift differential. Annual wage increase opportunities available.
- Med Passing is an extra $1 per hour for that day
Memory Care caregiving duties are:
- Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (call lights, personal requests, ADLs, etc.).
- Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly.
- Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident’s condition and/or needs .
- Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner.
- At least 18 years of age
- Strong prioritization and organization skill
