The RoleWe are seeking a licensed psychologist with experience and passion for adolescents and adults seeming clarity around their complex struggles.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Cares deeply about diagnostic clarity
- Understands trauma’s impact on executive functioning
- Is affirming of neurodivergent identities
- Wants time to think and write well
- Conduct comprehensive adult ADHD and/or autism evaluations
- Administer and interpret standardized measures
- Write integrated, strengths-based reports
- Provide feedback sessions that feel collaborative and empowering
- Collaborate with therapists, dietitians, and prescribers
- Clinical consultation with multidisciplinary team
We prioritize quality over volume. There is no expectation of high caseloads.
Compensation & StructureWe are committed to pay transparency. This position can start as part tjme and build to full time.
- 60–70% of collections

- Licensed Psychologist in Wisconsin (PhD or PsyD)
- Experienced in adult ADHD and/or autism assessment
- Strong report writing skills
- Collaborative and relational
- Interested in building something meaningful, not just filling a schedule
We are expanding toward a whole-person, integrative model of care that includes therapy, assessment, nutrition, and psychiatric services — with a special focus on the overlap between neurodivergence and chronic health conditions.
This psychologist will play a foundational role in shaping that future.
