Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our collaborative, trauma-informed clinical team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with the flexibility of on-site and hybrid work options. The ideal candidate brings clinical expertise, emotional presence, and a commitment to holistic wellness.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, or family therapy using trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse populations
- Utilize EMDR, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions, and somatic tools as appropriate
- Offer psychoeducation and coaching to support clients’ personal growth and life transitions
- Optionally integrate body-based healing modalities such as yoga or movement therapies
- Maintain timely, ethical, and accurate clinical documentation in our secure EMR system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, collegial environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or equivalent (Required)
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field (Required)
- Specialized training or certification in EMDR and/or DBT (Preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in trauma-focused care and mindfulness-based therapy
- Passion for holistic wellness and integrative approaches to mental health
- Additional experience in life coaching, yoga therapy, or natural healing practices is a plus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-oriented setting
- Comfort with telehealth platforms and hybrid service delivery
- Ability to see ~20-30 clients per week
