Job Duties:Join the READY RURAL team and play a key role in advancinginnovative rural healthcare education and workforce development across Wisconsin. We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative,and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to serve as the operational lead for the day-to-day implementation of this transformative grant initiative.
In this role, you will coordinate project timelines, meetings,communications, documentation, partner engagement, budget tracking,and reporting activities while supporting multiple interconnectedworkstreams, including simulation-based education, Virtual Care,mobile simulation, workforce pathways, and rural healthcare partnerships. Working closely with faculty, staff, healthcare organizations, technical colleges, public health agencies, and community stakeholders, you will help translate strategic grant objectives into coordinated action, ensuring project milestones,deliverables, and budget requirements are successfully achieved.
The ideal candidate is an experienced project management professional with exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills who thrives in a collaborative,fast-paced environment.
