Job Description Build Your BCBA Career Around What Matters Most:
Clinical Impact

McCulloh Consulting is partnering with a growing, highly respected pediatric behavioral health organization in Metro Detroit to identify talented Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for multiple outstanding opportunities in the Taylor area.

This is an opportunity for a BCBA who wants to spend more time practicing high-quality behavior analysis and less time managing administrative tasks that pull clinicians away from their clients.

This role is intentionally built in an infrastructure centered around its clinicians that includes dedicated scheduling, billing, recruiting, training, quality-control, administrative, and clinical support teams. The goal is simple: give clinicians the resources they need to focus on treatment quality, client progress, family relationships, team development, and meaningful outcomes.

If you are looking for a BCBA opportunity where you can practice with autonomy while still having substantial support around you, this could be an excellent next step.

Why This BCBA Opportunity Stands Out

Being a BCBA already comes with significant clinical responsibility. You should not also have to function as the scheduler, recruiter, billing specialist, administrative coordinator, and quality-control department.

In this position, you will be surrounded by specialized teams designed to remove many of those administrative barriers.

Dedicated Scheduling Support

A centralized scheduling team helps keep client treatment schedules consistent and organized.

Instead of spending your clinical time tracking down appointments, filling cancellations, or managing every scheduling detail yourself, you can remain focused on your clients and your clinical team.

Documentation and Quality Support

A dedicated quality-control team partners with clinicians to review reports, strengthen documentation, provide training, and help maintain high clinical and regulatory standards.

You receive support rather than simply being handed documentation expectations and expected to navigate them alone.

Dedicated Billing Support

A billing team handles claim submission and reimbursement-related administrative functions.

That means your primary responsibility remains clinical care—not chasing insurance claims.

Strong Day-to-Day Administrative Support

BCBAs work alongside a broader support structure that may include:

  • Administrative professionals
  • Clinical leadership
  • Recruiting and training teams

This allows clinicians to spend more time developing staff, analyzing treatment data, collaborating with families, and improving outcomes.
