Direct Hire Opportunity!

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00/HR

Duties:

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents in a residential care setting.
• Administer medications as assigned and ensure accurate documentation of medication administration.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and daily activities as needed.
• Engage residents in conversation and provide companionship to support their emotional well-being.
• Transport residents to appointments or activities when required.
• Accurately document resident care, observations, and services provided using the Setworks EMR system.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to appropriate staff.
• Follow care plans, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiver experience required.
• Experience administering medications preferred.
• Ability to accurately document care and resident information in Setworks EMR.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent documentation practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach to care.
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred for positions requiring resident transportation.
