Interim Vice President of Enterprise Analytics

Kirby Bates is seeking an experienced Interim Vice President of Enterprise Analytics who can bring an executive level of experience, modernize their program, set the vision, and bring experience in change management for an organization in the Northern Mid-West. This is a critical leadership role responsible for maintaining continuity, stability, and momentum across our clinical, operational, financial, and workforce analytics programs while a permanent leader is identified.

The ideal candidate Must be self-directed, excellent communication and collaborative approach, ability to articulate the vision, and experience negotiating where funds are spent. Knowledgeable in healthcare analytics to include HR, Finance, Quality, and Health Plans. Subject Matter Expert with enterprise analytics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master's degree in Health Informatics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience across clinical quality, operational, financial, and workforce analytics within a hospital or health system setting.
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulatory and quality reporting requirements (CMS, Joint Commission, HEDIS, MIPS).
• Proven ability to lead and stabilize teams during periods of transition.
• Prior interim leadership experience is a plus.

Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.

The pay rate for this position is $900 per day ($234,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
