As a full-time SLP, you’ll collaborate with educators and support staff to provide speech and language therapy across elementary, middle, and high schools. The caseload typically ranges from 38-40 students, ensuring you can focus on individualized care and measurable student progress. Your expertise will be vital in fostering communication, supporting IEPs, and helping students thrive in their academic environments.

Key

Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC credentials
• School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with students across K-12 settings
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a dynamic, mixed-grade caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy onsite
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized goals
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP processes
• Maintain accurate and timely records for all students
• Communicate progress with teachers, staff, and families
