Responsibilities- Assist residents with personal care needs (e.g., dressing, grooming, bathroom, bathing/showering, walking/transferring)
- Medication administration following training and nurse delegation under the supervision of the Nurse Manager
- Assist with resident meals, including serving and dining room setup/cleanup
- Provide light housekeeping assistance (dusting, garbage, laundry, making beds, vacuuming)
- Answer resident call lights promptly and assist as needed
- Promote teamwork and maintain a positive attitude
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents
