We are seeking an energetic, service-focused Banquet Supervisor to lead and support our banquet team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a working supervisor position, meaning the successful candidate will actively participate in banquet operations by serving guests, assisting with event setup and breakdown, and working alongside banquet servers and bartenders while providing leadership and direction to the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of banquet, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead by example in a hands-on environment.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and banquet operations.
