This role provides strategic and hands‑on HR support for a multi‑site operation, serving as the cultural steward for a dedicated workforce of 100+ employees across multiple states.
- Drive high‑level employee and staff relations, serving as the primary point of contact for performance management, conflict resolution, and complex HR investigations
- Lead total rewards and benefits administration, managing annual renewals, pricing strategies, and open enrollment while ensuring seamless support for new hires
- Optimize HRIS systems and administrative compliance, overseeing ADP data integrity, state agency inquiries, and payroll/recruiting backup for multi‑state operations
- Foster a collaborative work culture by coordinating company‑wide engagement events, monthly meetings, and safety programs to maintain a "people‑first" environment
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- 7 or more years of Human Resources experience, with a significant portion spent in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- A minimum of an Associate degree in Human Resources or Business (Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred)
- Proven mastery of Microsoft Excel (above average skills) and the ability to manage complex data and reporting
- Professional experience navigating multi-state employment laws and managing full‑cycle benefits programs
- A stable, reliable work history that demonstrates technical reliability and career commitment
- A service-oriented mindset with the empathy to meet employees where they are while maintaining professional standards
- Being a US citizen or Green Card holder
- Having a residence within a 45‑minute drive of Oshkosh, WI
