What you'll do:- Develop, lead, and execute our recruitment strategy, processes, and metrics.
- Partner with hiring managers across property and corporate teams on sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Lead our onboarding experience, from orientation curriculum to hiring manager guidance.
- Create and schedule recruitment social media content that highlights our open roles, our employees, and our communities.
- Build lasting networking relationships with colleges, community organizations, and industry groups.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process (highly preferred).
- Strong sourcing instincts and comfort with applicant tracking tools like Indeed and Linked In.
- Familiarity with hiring and recruitment laws and best practices.
- Paylocity experience is a plus but not required.

Partner with business leaders, hiring managers and HR professionals to establish and drive overall talent acquisition strategies. This position will oversee the entire life cycle of the recruitment process, serve as a senior-level resource for both property and corporate recruiting efforts, and lead the Company’s new hire onboarding training and recruitment social media presence.
Essential Duties- Develop, lead, and execute the Company’s recruitment strategy, processes, and metrics.
- Lead the employee on-boarding process, including the initial orientation.
- Identify and source great talent for current and future open roles within the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment efforts for their department. This includes, but is not limited to posting positions, scheduling, and conducting phone interviews/interviews, background checks and coordinating new hire communications.
- Assist and support the recruitment of corporate positions, partnering with corporate department leaders on position requirements, sourcing strategy, candidate screening, and interview coordination for corporate and specialized roles.
