As our organization continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced, people-driven HR Manager to join our leadership team. This role is a key partner to operations, helping shape a high-performance culture where safety, engagement, and accountability drive results every day.
What You’ll Do:- Lead and support all areas of HR including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance
- Partner with plant and corporate leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that values continuous improvement and employee development
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or automotive environment
- Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and best practices in employee relations
- Proven ability to coach leaders, build trust across teams, and influence outcomes
- A hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for problem-solving and people
