Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager role at STL focuses on sourcing qualified candidates, supporting the full candidate experience, and partnering with internal stakeholders and client companies to align hiring outcomes with open positions. This is a full-time, on-site position in Oshkosh, WI, with work conducted at multiple client sites.

In this position, you will collaborate with job seekers, Business Development Managers, and client companies to identify talent for the right roles. After placement, you will also manage the candidate experience to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing support through the client interview process.

• Identify and build relationships with candidates using networking and various recruiting or sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications for current open positions.
• Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and support negotiations, including pay rates and contract terms.
• Coach and guide candidates through the client interview process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts to expand knowledge, generate referrals, and support sales lead generation.

• Bachelor’s Degree with a business-related field.
• Alternatively, 3+ years of relevant experience.
