Digital Technology Architect and Service Now Developer (Direct Hire) - in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Carex is partnering with a global manufacturing partner to hire a Service Now Developer / Platform Engineer for a direct-hire opportunity. This role will play a key part in advancing Service Now technology, driving process optimization, and enabling business innovation through automation and AI. The position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring onsite presence three days per week (Monday–Wednesday) in Oshkosh, WI (preferred), Frederick, MD, or McConnellsburg, PA.

This role serves as a technical and strategic contributor within the Service Now ecosystem, supporting enterprise service management initiatives across ITSM and ITOM. The position acts as a change agent, leveraging Service Now development expertise, web technologies, and emerging capabilities in automation and AI to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency and business outcomes.

• Function as a change agent in process optimization and strategic planning for Service Now technology and business innovation
• Design, develop, and enhance Service Now applications, integrations, and workflows
• Build and consume REST and SOAP APIs to integrate Service Now with enterprise systems
• Utilize JavaScript, HTML, and related web technologies to customize and extend the platform
• Support and enhance ITSM and ITOM modules to align with organizational needs
• Apply automation and AI capabilities within Service Now to drive operational efficiencies and measurable business benefits
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Service Now solutions
• Participate in limited travel as needed for conferences or annual team meetings

• Strong Service Now development experience, including configuration and customization
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, and Java Script
• Hands‑on experience with ITSM and ITOM implementations
• Ability to lead or support platform optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments
• Service Now certifications such as Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist (preferred)
• Familiarity with ITIL and enterprise service management frameworks (preferred)
• U.S. Citizenship requirement
