Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is searching for a Senior Project Manager – Digital Technology to work with one of our premier clients in Oshkosh, WI.

The Sr. Project Manager drives all aspects of Digital Technology projects, programs and portfolio activity, including collaborating and coordinating across all DT and business segments. They define project value proposition, scope, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget; manage resources to complete projects on time and within budget; keep team and leadership updated on status and risks; ensure adherence to quality standards;

provide technical and process guidance to the project team.

YOUR IMPACT
  • Organize, manage, and lead the business cross‑functional team (ERP, web, network, security, cloud, automation, database, etc.) and work with resource managers to assign roles and responsibilities.
  • Mentor the project team and stakeholders on PMO process and requirements.
  • Create and communicate project status reports, agendas, minutes, and other communications.
  • Manage planning, estimating, budgeting, financing, monitoring, and controlling costs to enable DT projects to be completed within budget.
  • Manage the timely completion, budget, and lessons learned of DT projects using the Global IT methodology and various DT project management tools and techniques.
  • Utilize the Global IT methodology, Change Management Team & DT project tools (Service Now, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft Suite) to identify and manage people, groups, and organizations impacted by IT projects.
  • Embrace an 80/20 and continuous improvement mindset to minimize waste and drive process improvements.
  • Ensure all aspects of the project are well coordinated and produce the desired results across multiple business segments, transformational efforts in mid to high complexity up to $1M in size.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand‑ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, sprint reviews), decision making, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with other Program and Project Managers to identify risks and opportunities, develop, implement, and manage response plans.
  • With the global purchasing team, manage procurement of products or services required for DT projects.
  • Review and ensure all projects are completed on time and in accordance with the Global DT PMO methodology.
  • Anticipate financial impacts of projects through forecasting techniques to predict future state of time, budget and resources required for delivery.
  • Work closely with sponsors and cross‑functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Connect technical solutions to core business functions (digital manufacturing, finance, HR, e‑commerce, ERP) while anticipating limitations, risks, and impacts to the enterprise.
  • Contribute to best practices and process improvement across Agile/Scrum ceremonies and conflict resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree with five (5) or more years of experience in the field or related area.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, scheduling, PMBOK, financial forecasting.
