Digital Technology Business Analyst-Sr

Overview

Partner with business stakeholders as the liaison between function and technology teams to develop innovative technical solutions that support business processes and innovation.

• Optimize business processes and systems for their functional area and act as a liaison between IT and the business.
• Utilize software to optimize business processes and best practices across core business segments.
• Guide requirements gathering with multiple stakeholders to develop a comprehensive business requirement document.
• Consult stakeholders across business segments and enterprise functions to create the necessary technical solution to satisfy business needs.
• Create functional and technical specifications, track requirements, define test scenarios, maintain documentation, and assist in defining test plans, strategies, and the creation of scripts.
• Collaborate with project manager and technical teams to execute test plans, test scripts, and update existing scripts to support user acceptance testing.
• Maintain artifacts (data model, data maps, knowledge‑base articles, etc.), educate, and support the production team when needed.
• Provide data that delivers meaningful, actionable insights to improve business process and outcomes for clients.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Be detail‑oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a fast‑paced work environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Exhibit strong time‑management and prioritization skills, able to multi‑task and meet deadlines.
• Work across enterprise platforms and applications.
• Possess a learning mindset for enterprise platforms and pursue training and certifications that benefit the team.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ITIL and Agile and be willing to advance knowledge through training and mentorship.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance.

• Bachelor’s degree with four (4) or more years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Proficiency with Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, data analysis, ITIL and BA practice knowledge.
• Excellent communication, listening, critical‑thinking, adaptability, relationship‑building, organization, influencing, and problem‑solving skills.

Pay Range: $92,600.00 - $
