Senior Analyst, CPQ

Role Overview

As a Senior Analyst, CPQ at Rite-Hite, you will design, configure, and maintain CPQ solutions using Logik.io, administer and manage Logik environments, and partner with sales, operations, and IT teams to support and optimize the quote-to-cash process.

Your main responsibilities will include designing and configuring CPQ solutions, administering and managing Logik environments, configuring and supporting integrations between CPQ, Salesforce, and downstream systems, and troubleshooting configuration and integration issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong hands‑on configuration experience, a proven experience with Logik.io, and a strong understanding of CPQ processes. You will also need excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in CPQ, with strong hands‑on configuration experience
• Proven experience with Logik.io (Service Now CPQ Configurator), including administration and configuration
• Strong understanding of CPQ processes (product modeling, pricing, quoting, and order flows)
• Experience with Salesforce and understanding of its data model and sales processes
• Hands‑on experience with KBridge for CPQ integrations
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations
• Experience supporting sales organizations and understanding of sales lifecycle workflows
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
