Service Desk Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking Service Desk Technicians to provide first-level technical support for end users in an enterprise environment. This role will support employees through phone, email, and chat while troubleshooting a variety of hardware, software, and access-related issues.
This service desk team is based in Oshkosh, WI. This position is fully onsite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests.
• Respond to issues and inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common end-user issues related to Microsoft applications, access requests, and general desktop support.
• Create, update, and manage tickets using Service Now.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when needed.
• Document issues and resolutions to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Support users during ongoing technology initiatives, including Microsoft 365-related projects and migrations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (either completed or in progress) in Information Technology or a related field is required.
• Experience with a help desk, service desk, technical support, call center, or customer service environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or ticketing systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Oshkosh, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
