Responsibilities
Has primary focus on data creation and maintenance, in collaboration with appropriate business resources, to ensure complete and accurate data for over 25 Amcor plants. Acts as the back‑up for designated team members and adheres to appropriate back‑up strategies to ensure no disruption to service or department level KPIs. Supports daily creation and maintenance activities by extracting and interpreting system information to support customer service, graphics, planning, manufacturing, R&D, and supply chain functions.
Supports system deployment activities with adherence to project deadlines and data accuracy. Participates in problem‑solving sessions to identify root cause and corrective actions. Follows established business data standards and procedures across the business and develops a basic understanding of downstream impacts on all departments. Invests in cross‑functional relationships with plant and corporate partners to improve end‑to‑end processes, collaborates cross‑functionally to resolve escalated issues related to customer orders, plant requests, workflow projects and graphics issues in order to meet or exceed customer expectations and deadlines.
Participates in continuous improvement projects that promote data accuracy, governance and standard work across all Amcor plants. Interprets and adheres to Amcor standard data processes and complies with service level agreements to support our customer‑centric organization. Seeks out learning opportunities and critical experiences to broaden understanding of standard work and best practices. Supports project work as assigned by project manager.
Is accountable for system data accuracy, integrity, and completeness within multiple Amcor systems, including, but not limited to Web Center, GEM, SAP and Specification Maintenance System. Assists with data governance activities that support system consistency and reliability. Identifies personal training and growth opportunities. Is able to interpret documentation required to facilitate data creation and maintenance in assigned market segment for a specified product type while adhering to established department KPIs.
Possesses the technical knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills required to quickly identify and execute data changes that have a real‑time impact on customer products and manufacturing processes. Assists with data creation activities to support onboarding activities of new customers and business transfer activities between Amcor Flexibles North America plants.

- Associate's degree or some college is preferred
- 1 year of professional experience; manufacturing, supply chain, or Customer Service environment preferred
- Basic technical knowledge of ERP systems preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication and basic problem‑solving skills with the ability to organize and disseminate information efficiently and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
