3:00pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday
Overtime
Hours:
3:00pm-1:00am, and as required.
Pay Rate: $31.10/hour + $2.75/hour Shift Premium = $33.85/hour
Job Summary: Following established process and procedures, the Maintenance Technician is expected to perform emergency, routine and preventive maintenance on all production and building equipment while maintaining safety and communicating effectively. This position is responsible for daily problem solving and for the repair of robotic, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical or small outdoor power equipment that is associated with manufacturing and facility infrastructure (where applicable).
Responsibilities- Support and service of production lines within the facility.
- Perform preventative maintenance of production line equipment.
- Seasonal external facility maintenance.
- Waste management and simple routine facility maintenance.
- Identifying parts and materials needed to perform duties.
- Maintenance of 5S program.
- Maintaining compliance with training programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Email and phone conversations with vendors.
- Maintenance and system entry of PM’s and work orders.
- Gather information and assist in creation of new PMs.
- Mechanical, electrical and PLC troubleshooting and repair.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and building schematics.
- Replacement of broken or outdated building facility.
- 3-5 years of experience maintaining industrial equipment, automation or product repair.
- Ability to effectively communicate across departments.
- Ability to identify problems and implement solutions.
- Ability to safely and proficiently perform maintenance and related activities of equipment, building, and grounds.
- Ability to prioritize daily and weekly work assignments as needed.
- Demonstrated knowledge in OSHA, Arc Flash, LOTO and NEC.
- PIV training and certification.
- Airial lift training and certification.
- Knowledge of basic PC functions including Windows knowledge.
- Ability to work off of drawings, sketches, and blueprints.
- Initiative to learn how to assist, diagnose and repair equipment.
- Ability to acquire and maintain certifications for operation of service equipment.
