Property Maintenance Technician - Oshkosh

Property Maintenance Technician – $18–22/hr | Monday–Friday, No Weekends

Do you take pride in precision, love working independently, and thrive on keeping things organized and on track? We’re looking for detail-driven, hands‑on individuals to join our team as a Turnover Technician at Focus Property Management.

Location: Oshkosh, WI 54901

Pay: $18–22/hr (based on experience) + Monthly Bonus + Gas Stipend

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Flexible Hours (No Weekends)

• No weekends – enjoy a consistent weekday schedule

• Inspect apartments before move‑outs to plan the work needed
• Handle light repairs, cleaning, and setup to make units move‑in ready
• Keep everything organized: keys, tools, supplies, and reports
• Prep welcome baskets and ensure new residents start off right
• Communicate with your team so units are turned quickly and correctly

• Detail‑oriented and organized
• Handy with light maintenance (or eager to learn)
• Independent, reliable, and a good communicator
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
