ACI’s Oshkosh, WI location is seeking a skilled maintenance technician for 2nd shift to keep coating equipment running at its best. The ideal candidate will develop and implement routine preventive maintenance on production equipment, perform diagnostics and repairs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and implement routine preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment such as drive belt inspection and adjustment, bearing inspection and lubrication, and filter cleaning and/or replacement.
• Perform equipment diagnostics and repairs as needed; assess most suitable resolution (in‑house or outsource).
• Measure and document paint booth air velocity, inspect and document fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, and other safety equipment.
• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary.
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
• Fabricate special tooling and guarding.
• Seek and implement continuous improvement ideas from others as well as own original contributions.
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
• Seeking experience in operation of equipment including welders, plasma cutters, drill press, and hand‑held tools such as drills, grinders, and a variety of saws.
