The Oshkosh Community YMCA is looking for a Property Director to lead the care and maintenance of our 20th Avenue YMCA and Camp Winni-Y-Co properties. This is more than a maintenance role. It's an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the thousands of members, campers, and families who walk through our doors every year.
Why You'll Love This Role Every day is different! One day you might be troubleshooting equipment, the next you're planning facility improvements, overseeing a construction project, maintaining our ice plant, or helping ensure our camp property is ready for the next adventure.
You'll have the chance to:
Lead and support a maintenance team
Keep YMCA facilities safe, welcoming, and operating at their best Manage budgets and preventive maintenance programs
Work closely with leaders across the organization
Make a visible impact on our members' experience every day Enjoy a role that combines leadership, hands-on work, problem solving, and project management
What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who:
Loves tackling challenges and finding solutions
Is comfortable leading a team and coordinating projects
Has experience with facility operations and maintenance
Brings knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool operations, or related trades
Values safety, organization, and continuous improvement
Enjoys working with people and being part of a mission-driven organization

High School Diploma required
Valid Wisconsin Driver's License Two or more years of management experience preferred
Knowledge of building management and facility operations
Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire
