You will be driving for high-performance results within a fast-paced sales environment, focusing on optimizing customer and employee experience, and acting as a mentor for your Assistant General Manager.

You will also complete training courses and attend weekly sales leadership calls. This is an hourly role.

Key Responsibilities Talent Management — Selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent — and yourself Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent — treat recruiting as core to this role, not an afterthought squeezed in between shifts Support, coach, and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals Teach and model the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time Provide ongoing sales training and support to help the team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives Attend required manager trainings, round tables, and group sessions to keep growing as a leader yourself

Results Driven — Owning store and employee success Take ownership for store and employee success, including work-related needs Ensure employees meet monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time Support proper staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions Maintain store performance by supporting inventory compliance Keep score daily — review store and personal metrics every day rather than waiting for the monthly review

Customer Focus — Delivering complete solutions on escalations Reinforce the standard Victra Greet across your store — introduce yourself, get the guest's name, and ask what brings them in — every guest, every time Assist with guest escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner Stay up to date with sales promotions and ensure guests receive complete solutions for their needs

Relationship Building — Earning trust across the store and the district Assist in attracting and retaining top-caliber employees Build relationships with fellow General Managers and Assistant General Managers across the district to share what's working

Change Management — Piloting what's next Help implement sales tools and initiatives as they roll out Create and implement innovative ways to drive traffic to the store and capitalize on the existing customer base Participate in special projects and pilots as assigned

Strategic Thinking — Showcasing the business, not just the shift Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store

Inspirational Leadership — Leading as a brand advocate Act as a brand advocate for Victra Communicate company objectives and priorities to team members
