Keep production areas clean and organized and ensure product packaging meets customer specifications;
Read engineering sheets and suggest improvements;
Perform regular maintenance and preventive maintenance of winder, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out;
Continue to look for ways to reduce downtime and work overtime as needed
