Operate printing press lines including changeovers, machine start-up, running and shut-down;
Lead and train the press assistant and pit crew to minimize change-overs and downtime;
Run all jobs per customer, manufacturing and print specifications and SOPs;
Maintain accurate paperwork including production reports, QA reports, roll tickets, and SOPs;
Support safety and 5S/WCM initiatives and ensure product safety and quality
