Pay rate is20–$28/hour, based on experience.

Weekday

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Weekend

Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
Work 36 hours and get paid for 40

Trillium Staffing is seeking Welders for direct hire opportunities with a growing manufacturing company. These positions are a great fit for dependable welders who enjoy hands‑on fabrication work, take pride in producing clean welds, and want long‑term opportunities with a strong production team.

The Welder will perform welding and fabrication duties while supporting production goals, maintaining quality standards, and working closely with production and quality teams.

We are looking for a Welder who is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, able to work independently, and committed to safety, consistency, and quality workmanship.

• Perform MIG welding on fabricated metal components according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet deadlines

• Previous MIG welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use measuring tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Manufacturing welding experience
• TIG welding experience
• Experience welding aluminum and stainless steel
• Welding certification
• Familiarity with fabrication equipment and processes
