Trillium Staffing is now seeking Brake Press Operators for direct-hire in Oshkosh, WI!

Pay rate is $20–$28/hour, based on experience.

Available schedules:

-Weekday shift:
Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
-Weekend shift:
Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
-Work 36 hours and get paid for 40

Trillium Staffing is seeking Brake Press Operators for direct hire opportunities with a growing manufacturing company in Oshkosh. These positions are a great fit for dependable candidates with manufacturing experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and a high attention to detail.

The Brake Press Operator is responsible for setting up and operating press brake equipment to bend, form, and fabricate metal parts according to customer specifications.

We are looking for a Brake Press Operator who can work independently, maintain quality standards, and support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate press brake equipment
Read blueprints and work orders
Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring equipment
Perform machine adjustments as needed
Inspect completed parts for quality and accuracy
Maintain production records and documentation
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications

Experience operating manufacturing equipment
Ability to read blueprints
Knowledge of measuring tools, including calipers and tape measures
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Amada or Cincinnati press brakes
Press brake setup experience
Metal fabrication experience
Forklift certification
