Job Requisition #: 034610 – 1st Shift Die Cutter Operator (Open)

Under direct supervision, performs entry‑level routine activities associated with various types of assembly machine operation and/or setup.

• Operates routine production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications provided.
• Carry out routine activities that produce the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
• Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
• Maintains logs and records of units produced.
• Reports any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
• Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Follows safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and up to 2 years of relevant experience.

• Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.
• Fundamental understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.

Compensation range: $17.55 – $28.03 annually. A competitive wage for new hires typically falls between $23.32 and $23.32. The starting rate may vary based on market data, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short‑term incentive.
