Key Responsibilities Responsible for routine cleaning as necessary; and additional cleaning that may be assigned.
Responsible for informing supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
Understands how to dispense and prepare chemicals to the proper concentrations
Responsible for understanding the scope of plant sanitation and chemical usage.
Assists production when needs exist. This may be giving breaks or filling in during absence.
Responsible for working with Quality Assurance Manager to ensure food safety is achieved.
Logs chemical usage and maintains sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).Benefits:

Must be a self-starter and self-motivated with keen observation skills
Must be able to work under a timeline and meet that timeline.
Acts as a problem solver and team player.
Must become certified forklift.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and focus under stressful situations
