The Weekend Shift Haeger Machine Operator (Friday–Sunday, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM) plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining Haeger machines to ensure efficient and precise assembly of components.

This position is responsible for setting up the machine, monitoring its operation, and making necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and meet production targets. The operator contributes to continuous production flow and helps minimize downtime while working primarily weekend shifts.

Attention to detail and strict adherence to safety protocols are essential to ensure both product quality and a safe working environment. This role supports the manufacturing team by delivering consistent, high-quality output that meets company and customer expectations.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience operating Haeger machines or similar manufacturing equipment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine machine maintenance
• Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards

• Certification or training in machine operation or manufacturing processes
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or work orders
• Basic computer skills for production tracking and communication
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs safely

• Set up and operate Haeger machines according to production specifications and safety guidelines
• Monitor machine performance and product quality, making adjustments as needed
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime
  
  Maintain accurate production records and report discrepancies to supervisors
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend shift operations

Mechanical aptitude and machine operation skills are essential for setting up and running Haeger equipment efficiently while meeting production targets. Attention to detail ensures product quality and compliance with safety standards.

Preferred experience with technical drawings and basic computer literacy improves the ability to interpret work orders and maintain accurate production records. Strong communication and teamwork skills support coordination with supervisors and colleagues, ensuring smooth and productive weekend operations.
