& Compensation

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 7:00AM‑3:00PM. Overtime:
Every other Saturday from 5:00AM‑3:00PM, as business needs require. Pay: $22.60 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Validate material prior to assembly, review work instructions, build product per specifications and tolerances.
  • Perform assembly using work instructions, drawings, schematics, electronic assembly equipment while maintaining safe and effective operation standards.
  • Cross‑train in multiple assembly areas and flex to other departments based on business needs.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the products assembled and their business impact.
  • Continuously learn the principles, practices, and processes of the job as changes require.
  • Participate in team meetings to exchange job‑related information.
  • Resolve problems with assistance from peers or supervisors depending on level and complexity.
  • Provide basic training to employees on work instructions/standard work as needed.
  • Complete all clean‑up and housekeeping procedures.
  • Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations including wearing appropriate PPE.
Requirements
  • Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Effective communication skills in a team environment.
  • Accepts responsibility for own actions and follows through on commitments.
  • Ability to understand and execute basic standard assembly procedures, interpret visual diagrams, and use basic hand tools.
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Ability to act safely following established procedures, processes, and policies.
  • Manufacturing or mechanical experience, including knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Physical Demands

The employee will regularly be required to talk and hear, use hands to manipulate objects or controls, stand and walk, stoop, bend or reach above shoulders, and occasionally lift up to 25–50 pounds. The job requires frequent and continuous computer‑based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
