- Powder Line - 2nd Shift

- Powder Line on 2nd shift at our Oshkosh, WI facility.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all painters and hanger/packers and assign daily tasks.
- Executing the day to day schedule and managing the changing needs of our customers daily.
- Delegate tasks to teammates and ensure deadlines are being met.
- Oversee day-to-day paint operations on the powder coat line.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching and development.
- Work directly with leadership in tandem with HR on employee disciplinary actions and development.
- Visual inspect parts for quality and accuracy prior to packaging.
- Assists with training new hires and other employees as needed.
- Work in the powder line as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Paint shop experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Past experience working in a trainer position preferred.
