The Jor-Mac Company is seeking a Paint Supervisor for 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 6:30 AM–4:30 PM) to lead the powder coating department, ensure safe and timely finishing of metal components, and drive quality standards.
You will guide paint line teams, oversee pretreatment, application, curing, and material flow while collaborating with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to maximize throughput and maintain finish quality.
