The Jor-Mac Company seeks an experienced Assembly Supervisor for the 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 6:30 AM–4:30 PM) to lead daily assembly operations ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time fabrication of metal assemblies. You will supervise the assembly team and collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Shipping, and Supply Chain to meet customer requirements.
