Schedule:Monday–Thursday 7:00 a.m.–4:15 p.m. | Friday 7:00 a.m.–Noon

What You’ll Do

As a
Door Assembler
, you’ll help turn raw materials into something truly special, ready-to-install door units that add beauty, security, and character to homes and buildings across the Midwest. You’ll use your hands, your eye for detail, and your teamwork to craft doors that meet exacting standards and customer specifications.

Day-to-day, you’ll:
  • Operate hand tools and CNC-assisted equipment to build and assemble custom door units.
  • Read and follow work instructions to measure, cut, and fit components precisely.
  • Conduct quality checks and address issues before they leave your station.
  • Collaborate with your teammates and supervisors to meet goals safely and efficiently.
What It Takes
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or woodworking is a plus but we’ll train the right person.
  • Comfortable with basic math and using a tape measure accurately.
  • Clear communication in English and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Able to focus and multitask in a busy, hands-on environment.
  • Physically able to stand for long periods, work with your hands and arms, and lift up to 80 lbs as needed.
