Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team in Oshkosh, WI. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly and production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $25.04

What's the Job?

  • Operate complex production machinery according to provided prints and specifications.
  • Perform activities to produce the required quantity of parts within established tolerances.
  • Measure finished parts with precision tools to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Maintain logs and records of units produced for tracking and quality assurance.
  • Inspect equipment before use, perform adjustments, and ensure proper setup and alignment.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly operations.
  • Ability to interpret job specifications and operate production machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directions accurately.
