Our Oshkosh client is a growing plastics manufacturing company looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join their team as Machine Operator Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a skilled trade through hands-on training and advance into a Machine Operator role.

• Night Shift 6pm - 6am
• 12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend off

• Assist machine operators with daily production activities
• Learn machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting through on-the-job training
• Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals

• Manufacturing and/or machine operator experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
