Machine Operators and Assistant Operators1st and 2nd Shifts Are Available

We are looking for a number of Machine Operators and Assistant Operators to work with a leading manufacturing and production In Oshkosh, WI. You will be an essential part of the production process, supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. No Experience - NO Problem!

Training will be provided and opportunity for advancement!

Job Title: Machine Operators and Assistants

Location: Oshkosh, WI

Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 depending on experience and shift

Shift: First and Second shifts are Available

• Operate routine production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications provided.
• Carry out routine activities that produce the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
• Measure finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
• Maintain logs and records of units produced.
• Report any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and up to 1 - 2 years of relevant experience - Preference
• Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team environment.
• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery or willingness to learn.
• Fundamental understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
• Commitment to safety regulations and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
