Entry-Level Welders

STS Technical Services is hiring Entry-Level Welders in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This is a direct hire, first-shift opportunity with competitive pay and long-term growth potential. Your Impact The Welder will set up, tack, and perform all types of welding on all gauges of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

You’ll use special or general-purpose fixtures—or improvise as required—to produce high-quality work that supports large-scale fabrication and assembly operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Cut, fit, heat, and bend materials to specification Perform weld repairs, salvage, and rebuild parts as directed Work in various welding positions as required Handle parts of varying sizes (crane assistance provided) Clean welds to meet quality standards Collaborate with team members during assembly of large components Utilize complex blueprints, advanced shop mathematics, and handbook formulas Shift 1st

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Hours may vary when overtime is available
