• The Tool & Die Maker will be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining stamping dies and tooling.
• Key daily tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, setting up and operating machinery, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring equipment performs at optimal levels.
• Additionally, the Tool & Die Maker will work closely with production teams to support manufacturing activities, maintain tool quality, and implement improvements for operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in toolmaking, die maintenance, and experience working with stamping dies
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings
• Experience with operating machining equipment such as lathes, grinders, milling machines, and CNC machinery
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and precision measurement skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently when necessary
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
• Journeyman certification in Tool & Die Making is preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field
• Previous manufacturing experience in industries such as automotive, defense, or energy is a plus
