Description Production SupervisorPosition Overview
The Judge Group is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, support employee success, and ensure production schedules and customer commitments are met. This role combines people leadership, problem-solving, production execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and achieve production goals.
- Ensure customer delivery commitments are met.
- Assign employees effectively and coordinate training and development.
- Resolve production, staffing, scheduling, and workflow challenges.
- Promote a safe, fair, and inclusive work environment.
- Communicate regularly with employees and management.
- Partner with Scheduling, Engineering, Purchasing, Shipping, and other operational teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Associate degree in Business, Supervision, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
