The Printing/Converting Inspector role is responsible for maintaining the Quality System of Castle Pierce. In this role the Quality Technician will be responsible for monitoring, notifying, and making quality calls on every running process line during shift. This role will be a go to resource for operations including all production operators, directors of operation and various other departments. With a focus on speed to market the quality technician will have to be detail orientated and have a strong ability to multi-task.

• Monitor quality of every process line running during the shift.
• Collaborate with Production Team to execute on decisions made on quality problems.
• Communicate any quality issues found during the monitoring of production.
• Assist in the implementation of production process improvement and SOPs.
• Perform consistent sampling of all jobs on all lines according to internal SOPs.
• Perform safety and SQF inspections
• Leverage expertise and skills of operators , assistants, and leaders to grow as a quality professional.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 3-5 years experience in the printing/packing industry
